What I meant to say was...

You know that feeling you get when you have a conversation with someone, and the moment you leave them, you think of all the things you should have said? That's what this blog is all about. I'll be posting things I should have said in my business school classes (currently Quantitative Methods for undergraduates and Organizational Behavior for MBA students). I'll either add information that should have been in the lecture, explain something I didn't think I explained well, post a website I think you might find interesting, or pose a question to consider regarding the material covered recently.

I welcome your comments, both positive and negative. I promise no retribution for the negative comments!

Have a great semester!
Dr. J.

Hi, this is Tara Bracken. Queue and I were just talking about the article "How Management Teams Can Have a Good Figth" it made us realize that we have already been using the (Use Humor) technique in our group project. It is a great way to get rid of tension between people in order to open up creative thinking. We are going to use some of the information from this chapter in our gorup paper.
